Fat: 16.61g | Prot: 49.69g | Carb: 49.58g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's Special K Low Fat Granola, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Fish, Beef Brisket, Challah Egg Bread, Cucumber (Peeled), Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Snack Cracker.
