Lunch:  Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets (12 Count), Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets (4 Count). Dinner:  Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Green Peppers, Lettuce, Meat Loaf, Shredded Carrots, Shredded Cheese. Snacks/Other:  100% premium whey protein plus, Little Caesars Hot-N-Ready Pepperoni Pizza, Sliced Pepperoni, Whole Cashews.
