Fat: 116.57g | Prot: 72.73g | Carb: 111.58g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Bacon, Coffee, Cream Substitute (Powdered), Fried Egg, Lettuce, Mayonnaise, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Lettuce, Ranch Salad Dressing, Real Bacon Bits, Shredded Carrots, Shredded Cheese, Sliced Pepperoni, Spinach. Dinner:  Barbecue Sauce, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Green Peppers, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Shredded Carrots, Shredded Cheese, STOUFFER'S MAC AND CHEESE. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Coke Zero (Can), Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells, Superior Rum.
