Fat: 116.57g | Prot: 72.73g | Carb: 111.58g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Fried Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Mayonnaise, American Cheese, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Cream Substitute (Powdered), Coffee. Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Lettuce, Sliced Pepperoni, Ranch Salad Dressing, Spinach, Real Bacon Bits, Shredded Carrots, Shredded Cheese. Dinner:  STOUFFER'S MAC AND CHEESE, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Barbecue Sauce, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Lettuce, Green Peppers, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Shredded Carrots, Shredded Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells, Superior Rum, Coke Zero (Can).
