Fat: 40.59g | Prot: 43.43g | Carb: 90.08g.   Breakfast:  Clementines, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese. Lunch:  Chicken Tortilla Soup, Light Tortilla Corn Chips, Publix Gala Apple (Medium). Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Great Value Grilled Chicken Strips, Hard Peanut Granola Bars, Red Table Wine, Salami.
