Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, Egg, Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, Hy-Top Italian Blend Cheese, Olive Oil, White Flour. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Ground Beef, Lettuce, Mt. Olive Dill Relish, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
