Fat: 98.04g | Prot: 89.19g | Carb: 197.99g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Muller corner lowfat yogurt with Strawberry. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, Cucumber (with Peel), Grape Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Rye Bread, T. Marzetti Fat Free Italian Dressing. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, T. Marzetti Classic Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Hard Salted Pretzels (with Unenriched Flour), Sbarro Pepperoni Stromboli.
