Fat: 45.65g | Prot: 109.56g | Carb: 189.84g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Milk, Post 100% Bran Cereal, Strawberries. Lunch:  Chicken Back Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Stewed, Cooked), Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Mixed Salad Greens, Mixed Vegetables (with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Shakey's Fried Chicken Wing. Dinner:  Beef Sausage, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Mashed Potato. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Grapes, Max Protein Protein Shake, soy Protein Shake.
