Lunch:  Sweet Onions, Trident Seafoods Alaskan Salmon Burgers (113g), Arnold Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, French's 100% Natural Spicy Brown Mustard, Honeycrisp Apples, Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks. Dinner:  Winter Squash, Ensenada Chicken Platter (1 Chicken Breast), Broccoli, French Fries, Jell-O Sugar Free Black Cherry. Snacks/Other:  Pop Secret Popcorn Butter 100 Calorie Pop, Snyder's of Hanover Sourdough Nibblers.
