Lunch:  Arnold Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, French's 100% Natural Spicy Brown Mustard, Honeycrisp Apples, Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks, Sweet Onions, Trident Seafoods Alaskan Salmon Burgers (113g). Dinner:  Broccoli, Ensenada Chicken Platter (1 Chicken Breast), French Fries, Jell-O Sugar Free Black Cherry, Winter Squash.
