Fat: 31.21g | Prot: 71.28g | Carb: 178.71g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Pepperidge Farm Light Style Soft Wheat Bread, Smart Balance Omega Light Buttery Spread. Lunch:  Pink Lady Apples, Subway 6" Black Forest Ham, Sweet or Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  Almonds, Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Del Monte Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Kirkland Signature Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Nature's Promise Whole Wheat Penne, Portabella Mushrooms, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Carr's Table Water Crackers, Cheddar Cheese.
