Lunch:  Subway 6" Black Forest Ham, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Pink Lady Apples. Dinner:  Tomatoes, Portabella Mushrooms, Nature's Promise Whole Wheat Penne, Del Monte Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Kirkland Signature Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Almonds. Snacks/Other:  Carr's Table Water Crackers, Cheddar Cheese.
