Fat: 27.32g | Prot: 56.25g | Carb: 156.89g.   Breakfast:  Raspberries, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Butternut Winter Squash, Sara Lee 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Baby Carrots. Dinner:  Turkey Chili, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Pop Secret Kettle Corn 100 Calorie Pop, Ryvita Light Rye Whole Grain Crispbread.
