Lunch:  Apples, Corn Crackers, Fresh & Easy Quick Rolled Oats, Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt. Dinner:  Lamb Roast, Nestle Milo. Snacks/Other:  Panda Fat Free Soft Licorice Chews.
