Fat: 25.10g | Prot: 37.19g | Carb: 209.57g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Skim Milk, Herbal Tea, Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Kiwi Fruit. Lunch:  Apples, Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt, Corn Crackers, Fresh & Easy Quick Rolled Oats. Dinner:  Lamb Roast, Nestle Milo. Snacks/Other:  Panda Fat Free Soft Licorice Chews.
