Fat: 53.04g | Prot: 57.85g | Carb: 163.50g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee, Peach, Shredded Wheat Cereal (Presweetened). Lunch:  Beef or Meat Gravy, Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes, Dr. Pepper Diet Dr Pepper (16 oz), Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pork Roast. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Beef or Meat Gravy, Beringer White Zinfandel, Butter, Colby Jack Cheese, Green Snap Beans, Roast Beef, Vanilla Ice Creams.
