Fat: 33.31g | Prot: 43.88g | Carb: 92.24g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Pear, Smoked Salmon, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Whole Wheat Noodles. Dinner:  Boiled Egg, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded).
