Lunch:  Corner Bakery Cafe Mixed Green Salad, Fruit and Nuts Yogurt, Turkey Ham, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Apples. Dinner:  Apples, Arctic Shores Cooked Shrimp, Market Pantry Penne Pasta.
