Lunch:  Apples, Corner Bakery Cafe Mixed Green Salad, Fruit and Nuts Yogurt, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Turkey Ham. Dinner:  Apples, Arctic Shores Cooked Shrimp, Market Pantry Penne Pasta.
