Lunch:  Rice with Beans, Maya Kaimal Pepper Chicken, Corner Bakery Cafe Mixed Green Salad. Dinner:  Puerto Rican Style Codfish Salad (Serenata), Corner Bakery Cafe Mixed Green Salad, Carrot Juice. Snacks/Other:  Better Oats Muffins Old Fashioned Instant Oatmeal - Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Orange Juice Drink, Lowfat Fruit Variety Yogurt, Nut Mixture with Dried Fruit and Seeds.
