Lunch:  Corner Bakery Cafe Mixed Green Salad, Maya Kaimal Pepper Chicken, Rice with Beans. Dinner:  Carrot Juice, Corner Bakery Cafe Mixed Green Salad, Puerto Rican Style Codfish Salad (Serenata). Snacks/Other:  Better Oats Muffins Old Fashioned Instant Oatmeal - Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Lowfat Fruit Variety Yogurt, Nut Mixture with Dried Fruit and Seeds, Orange Juice Drink.
