Lunch:  Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Mushrooms, Private Selection Black Peppered Turkey Breast, Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Hamburger (Single Patty), Ketchup, Kraft Deli Deluxe American Cheese Slices, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Boiled Egg, Brach's Jelly Beans, Nabisco Triscuit Crackers Original, Popsicle, Sunshine Cheez-It Original Snack Crackers, Weight Watchers Smoked Flavor String Cheese.
