Lunch:  Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), Publix Rotini Pasta, Ken's Steak House Light Options Caesar Dressing, Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/2" Fat, Prime Grade), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie, Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), Skittles.
