Fat: 68.35g | Prot: 47.49g | Carb: 118.07g.   Breakfast:  Market Basket Bite Size Shredded Wheat 100% Whole Wheat Cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, California Avocados. Dinner:  Whole Wheat Macaroni (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Romano's Macaroni Grill Bolognese (Meat Sauce).
