Fat: 105.93g | Prot: 99.98g | Carb: 244.90g.   Breakfast:  Cheerios, Raisin Bran, Silk Unsweetened Soymilk. Lunch:  Spiced Minced Chopped Ham and Pork (Canned), White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Scalloped Potato, Soft White Roll. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Bananas, Peanut Butter.
