Fat: 85.35g | Prot: 115.95g | Carb: 254.38g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup (Dry, Dehydrated), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Market Day Pulled Pork, Tamale with Meat. Dinner:  Chicken, Chicken Broth Soup (Low Sodium, Canned), Kidney Beans (Canned), Pineapple, Unico Diced Tomatoes, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Cheerios, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter.
