Fat: 44.88g | Prot: 53.67g | Carb: 280.23g.   Breakfast:  Fruitsations Unsweetened Apple Pomegranate, Oatmeal, Pepsi (Bottle), Raspberries. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Kiwi Fruit, Leek and Potatoe Soup. Dinner:  Fried Egg, Lait sans Lactose 1%, Margarine, Poutine (Regular), Whole Wheat English Muffin. Snacks/Other:  Cucumber (with Peel), Cucumber (with Peel), Mott's Fruitsations Apple Sauce, Peppermint Gum, Pineapple.
