Fat: 33.02g | Prot: 81.75g | Carb: 128.79g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Sausage and Cheese, Oatmeal. Lunch:  Deer Park Natural Spring Water (Bottle), S&W Mixed Bean Salad, Snapper (Fish) (Mixed Species). Dinner:  Harris Ranch Penne Pasta with Beef Meatballs. Snacks/Other:  Giant Food Bananas (Large).
