Fat: 63.39g | Prot: 159.47g | Carb: 354.01g.   Breakfast:  Cool Whip Lite, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids) , Strawberries , Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl. Lunch:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Cream Of Chicken Soup (Canned, Condensed), Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), parmesean cheese, Frenches French Fried Onions, 2.8 oz, 79 gm, Ranch Veggie Dip, Green peppers. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Hamburger Buns, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Ketchup, Mustard.
