Lunch:  Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Cream Of Chicken Soup (Canned, Condensed), Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), Frenches French Fried Onions, 2.8 oz, 79 gm, Green peppers, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), parmesean cheese, Ranch Veggie Dip. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Hamburger Buns, Ketchup, Mustard. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Chocolate Malt(Optimum Nutrition), Apple Gala, Bananas , carbo gain, dextrose, Extra Classic Bubble Gum, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, Kit Kat, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Smarties Candy Rolls.
