Fat: 50.91g | Prot: 214.02g | Carb: 379.65g.   Breakfast:  Cool Whip Lite, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Strawberries , Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl, 100 % egg protein. Lunch:  miracle whip, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned) , Soft & Smooth Whole Grain White Bread, Funyuns. Dinner:  Bun-Length Hot Dog Wieners, Macaroni & Cheese, Ketchup, Hamburger Buns. Snacks/Other:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Apple Gala, carbo gain, Extra Classic Bubble Gum, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, Bananas , dextrose, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Casein Protein, Kit Kat, Smarties Candy Rolls.
