Fat: 43.92g | Prot: 241.93g | Carb: 293.80g.   Breakfast:  Cool Whip Lite, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Strawberries , Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl, 100 % egg protein. Lunch:  Quaker Rice Snacks - Ranch (Quaker), Soft & Smooth Whole Grain White Bread, Ranch Veggie Dip, Miracle Whip Light, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned) , Cucumber (Peeled) . Dinner:  Instant Mashed Potatoes, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers). Snacks/Other:  Casein Protein, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, 100 % egg protein, carbo gain, Bananas , Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Kit Kat, Apple Gala, Extra Classic Bubble Gum, White Cheddar Popcorn.
