Fat: 57.17g | Prot: 214.88g | Carb: 289.54g.   Breakfast:  Cool Whip Lite, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Strawberries , Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl, 100 % egg protein. Lunch:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Cream Of Chicken Soup (Canned, Condensed), Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), parmesean cheese, Frenches French Fried Onions, 2.8 oz, 79 gm. Dinner:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Instant Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Bananas , carbo gain, Raw Almonds, 100 % egg protein, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, Casein Protein, Extra Gum, Chocolate Strawberries.
