Fat: 57.17g | Prot: 214.88g | Carb: 289.54g.   Breakfast:  100 % egg protein, Cool Whip Lite, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Strawberries . Lunch:  Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Cream Of Chicken Soup (Canned, Condensed), Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), Frenches French Fried Onions, 2.8 oz, 79 gm, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), parmesean cheese. Dinner:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Instant Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  100 % egg protein, Bananas , carbo gain, Casein Protein, Chocolate Strawberries, Extra Gum, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Raw Almonds.
