Fat: 84.04g | Prot: 185.83g | Carb: 241.94g.   Breakfast:  100 % egg protein, Cool Whip Lite, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Strawberries . Lunch:  Orange Chicken, panda. Dinner:  cheddar cheese, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Hamburger Buns, Ketchup, miracle whip. Snacks/Other:  100 % egg protein, Casein Protein, Extra Gum, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, Kit Kat, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Raw Almonds.
