Fat: 59.25g | Prot: 280.40g | Carb: 311.39g.   Breakfast:  Cool Whip Lite, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Strawberries , Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl, 100 % egg protein. Lunch:  Ranch Veggie Dip, Miracle Whip Light, Soft & Smooth Whole Grain White Bread, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned) , baby carrots, Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  rice a roni, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  carbo gain, Bananas , Raw Almonds, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, Extra Gum, Pretzel Flipz White Fudge Covered Pretzels, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Casein Protein, 100 % egg protein.
