Fat: 60.66g | Prot: 269.84g | Carb: 329.79g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Chocolate Malt(Optimum Nutrition), Bananas, Cool Whip Lite, Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl. Lunch:  baby carrots, Cheetos crunchy, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned) , Miracle Whip Light, Ranch Veggie Dip, Soft & Smooth Whole Grain White Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, rice a roni. Snacks/Other:  100 % egg protein, Apple Gala, Bananas , carbo gain, Casein Protein, Extra Gum, G2 Perform 02 - Grape, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Raw Almonds, White Cheddar Popcorn.
