Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Low Fat American Cheese, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Yam (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled, Baked). Dinner:  Avocados, Brown Rice, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other:  Black Bean Brownies II, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat), Zucchini, Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Watermelon, Apples, Pears, Clementines, Clementines, Apples, Melissa's Dragon Fruit (Pitaya), Walnuts.
