Lunch:  Brown Rice, Salmon, Apples, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Sweet Red Peppers, Onions, Carrots, Tomatoes, Tilapia (Fish), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Oats, Egg White, Brown Rice, Teriyaki Sauce.
