Lunch:  Apples, Salmon, Yam. Dinner:  Avocados, Cauliflower, Egg White, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  almonds, apple, Apples, banana, Bananas, Brown Rice, Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate, egg whites, greek yogurt, iso 100, nuts, oat, oat , Oranges, Peanut Butter, Tilapia (Fish), unsweetened apple sauce, Whole Wheat Pita Bread.
