Fat: 53.06g | Prot: 45.64g | Carb: 174.67g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Jam Preserves, toast. Lunch:  Chicken thigh, Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Sweetcorn, Tomato, Tortilla. Dinner:  carrot, Chicken thigh, couscous, honey, Olive oil, Onion. Snacks/Other:  clementine, dairy milk.
