Lunch:  Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), MTR Mixed Vegetable Pickle. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat), Nestle Baby Ruth Miniatures, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Snickers Snickers Bar (Miniatures).
