Fat: 90.70g | Prot: 74.49g | Carb: 85.78g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Sausage. Lunch:  Fried Breaded or Floured Pork Chop, Quaker Chewy Yogurt Granola Bar - Strawberry. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese, Publix Hotdog Buns, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried). Snacks/Other:  Baileys Original Irish Cream.
