Fat: 67.43g | Prot: 117.08g | Carb: 156.28g.   Breakfast:  granola bar peanut chocolate chewy. Lunch:  apple, cheddar, shredded lettuce, Skinless Chicken Breast, sonic grilled onions, tomato, water with lemon lime. Dinner:  bell pepper, CHEDDAR JACK, green leaf, low fat beans, onion, Ready to Serve Spanish Rice Mix, sour cream, taco seasoning, taco shell, tomato, turkey. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, chicken lo mein, diet coke , light vanilla ice cream, vitacake.
