Fat: 88.58g | Prot: 66.52g | Carb: 39.83g.   Breakfast:  American cheese, butter, eggs, oscar mayer deli fresh smoked ham, splenda packet, stash tea green. Lunch:  american cheese slice, hellmans mayo, hormel canned chicken, iceberg lettuce. Dinner:  cheddar cheese , cucumbers, grapeseed oil, iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, Rice Vinegar, tomato. Snacks/Other:  atkins chocolate peanut butter bar.
