Fat: 88.58g | Prot: 66.52g | Carb: 39.83g.   Breakfast:  eggs, oscar mayer deli fresh smoked ham, American cheese, butter, stash tea green, splenda packet. Lunch:  iceberg lettuce, hormel canned chicken, hellmans mayo, american cheese slice. Dinner:  tomato, cheddar cheese , iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, cucumbers, grapeseed oil, Rice Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  atkins chocolate peanut butter bar.
