Fat: 42.00g | Prot: 75.73g | Carb: 105.09g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, raspberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), prawns, mixed grains. Dinner:  pea & mint soup, smoked salmon, whole grain bread, parma ham, white wine. Snacks/Other:  cookies and cream ice cream.
