Fat: 42.45g | Prot: 63.80g | Carb: 93.02g.   Breakfast:  Celery, Nutri-Dyn Dynamic Greens, Braeburn Apples, Bacon (Cured, Baked, Cooked). Lunch:  Avocados, Green Olives, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Pears, Chicken Stock, Asparagus (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Dinner:  Cauliflower, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried), Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Honeycrisp Apples, Beef Sausage.
