Fat: 42.45g | Prot: 63.80g | Carb: 93.02g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Baked, Cooked), Braeburn Apples, Celery, Nutri-Dyn Dynamic Greens. Lunch:  Asparagus (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Avocados, Chicken Stock, Green Olives, Pears, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Pork Chop, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried). Snacks/Other:  Beef Sausage, Honeycrisp Apples.
