Fat: 80.52g | Prot: 63.69g | Carb: 217.70g.   Breakfast:  Great Value Old Fashioned Oats, apple, egg, egg white, butter. Lunch:  homemade spaghetti with meat sauce, spaghetti squash. Dinner:  country style ribs with bbq sauce, Hickory Brown Sugar Baked Beans. Snacks/Other:  100 Calorie Snack Pack Guacamole, Red Sweet Pepper, BBQ Potato Crisps, Prairie Farms Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, chocolate animal cracker, Reese's peanut butter egg, Snyder's Honey Mustard Pretzels.
