Fat: 93.43g | Prot: 92.58g | Carb: 170.85g.   Breakfast:  100% Maple Syrup, Becel Original Margarine, Coffee with Cream, Fruit Simple All Natural Strawberry Banana 100% Pure Fruit Smoothie, Granny Smith Apples, Plain Waffles (Frozen), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter. Lunch:  De La Casa Spinach Dip, Kroger Sliced Chicken Breast, Tostitos Baked Tostitos Scoops. Dinner:  mozzarella, onion, peanuts, pepper, raisins, salt , tuna, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other:  banana, chips, coffee, diet coke, diet coke, Potato Chips, sunflower seeds.
