Fat: 93.43g | Prot: 92.58g | Carb: 170.85g.   Breakfast:  Plain Waffles (Frozen), 100% Maple Syrup, Coffee with Cream, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Fruit Simple All Natural Strawberry Banana 100% Pure Fruit Smoothie, Granny Smith Apples, Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter, Becel Original Margarine. Lunch:  Kroger Sliced Chicken Breast, Tostitos Baked Tostitos Scoops, De La Casa Spinach Dip. Dinner:  tuna, yellow pepper, onion, mozzarella, salt , pepper, peanuts, raisins. Snacks/Other:  sunflower seeds, diet coke, banana, coffee, diet coke, chips, Potato Chips.
