Weighed myself at the Doctor today. Was 143! She said she thought the scale was over by about 4 lbs which sounds a lot better but who knows. I don't think ...

Fat: 106.67g | Prot: 56.76g | Carb: 274.57g.   Breakfast:  Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup (with Milk), Tostitos 100% White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, Corn Muffins, De La Casa Spinach Dip. Lunch:  Chocolate Muffin, Coffee with Cream, Tea (Brewed). Dinner:  Granny Smith Apples, Justin's Nut Butter Organic Peanut Butter - Classic, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Green Giant Essentials Fibre. Snacks/Other:  coffee, banana, yogurt.
