Fat: 52.81g | Prot: 129.67g | Carb: 140.01g.   Breakfast: body fortress, skim milk. Lunch: egg, kraft fat free french, salad, shredded cheese, smart ones rigatoni with broccoli and chicken. Dinner: baked potato, carrots, kroger fat free sour cream, Light Vegetable Oil Spread, pork ribs. Snacks/Other: chips honey bbq, grapes, kroger lite greek yogurt, strawberries.
