Fat: 52.81g | Prot: 129.67g | Carb: 140.01g.   Breakfast:  skim milk, body fortress. Lunch:  smart ones rigatoni with broccoli and chicken, salad, kraft fat free french, egg, shredded cheese. Dinner:  carrots, pork ribs, baked potato, kroger fat free sour cream, Light Vegetable Oil Spread. Snacks/Other:  grapes, kroger lite greek yogurt, strawberries, chips honey bbq.
