Fat: 47.78g | Prot: 79.61g | Carb: 215.65g.   Breakfast:  skim milk, body fortress, banana, pillsbury mini muffins chocolate chip. Lunch:  Bread Stick, spaghetti with meat sauce, kroger cheese stick. Dinner:  pork ribs, baked potato, carrots. Snacks/Other:  betty crocker chocolate oatmeal bar.
