Fat: 72.51g | Prot: 84.29g | Carb: 163.21g.   Breakfast:  almonds raw, banana, Quick or Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Broccoli cheese soup (Condensed, canned), Cracked wheat bread, Provolone cheese (Sliced), Spinach (Drained Solids, Canned), Turkey Breast (Deli slices). Dinner:  Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Meat Loaf. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Chicken Wings, Cream Cheese, Fig & Anis Bread, Natural String Cheese Part Skim, Original 100% Vegetable Juice, Peanut butter, Tomato Cucumber Salad (Gluten Free).
