Fat: 61.94g | Prot: 94.07g | Carb: 119.48g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Sausage, coffee, Cracked Wheat Bread, egg, Hot Sauce, milk whole, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Garlic Sourdough Bread, Italian Sausage. Dinner:  Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Cube Steak. Snacks/Other:  Blood Oranges, Braeburn Apples, Caffe Latte (Short) (Starbucks), Flat Anchovies in Olive Oil, Natural String Cheese Part Skim, Red Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Yerba Mate Organic Tea.
