Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Black Beans 50% less sodium, Chunky Salsa, flatout healthy grain harvest wheat, Green Peppers, Quinoa, Reduced Fat Medium Cheddar Cheese, Sabra Hummus Greek Olive, Yellow Sweet Corn. Dinner:  Quinoa, reduced fat feta, Salmon Fillets, Steamfresh Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots, wheat thins. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Apple Cinnamon, Nature Valley Crunchy, Oat bran, Vitatops - Double Chocolate Dream.
