Lunch:  Yellow Sweet Corn, Green Peppers, Quinoa, Chunky Salsa, Reduced Fat Medium Cheddar Cheese, Baby Spinach, Sabra Hummus Greek Olive, flatout healthy grain harvest wheat, Black Beans 50% less sodium. Dinner:  wheat thins, Quinoa, reduced fat feta, Salmon Fillets, Steamfresh Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Apple Cinnamon, Vitatops - Double Chocolate Dream, Nature Valley Crunchy, Oat bran.
