Dinner:  Boneless Beef Rib Eye Steak, Raw Pepitas, Shelled Soybeans Edamame. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Original Baked Potato Chips, 2:1:1 Recovery, Serious Mass, Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Supreme.
