Fat: 61.91g | Prot: 87.22g | Carb: 172.19g.   Breakfast:  2% cottage cheese, butter, coffee, Egg whites, feta cheese, Green tea, lemon olive oil, mushrooms, spinach, Trader Joes Protein bread. Lunch:  crab meat, fusilli pasta, horseradish, pasta with vodka sauce, shrimp, sugar free ketchup. Dinner:  1/2 tuna salad sandwich, chardonnay, chunky blue cheese dressing, mixed greens, tomato basil soup. Snacks/Other:  banana, godiva chocolate, organic natural dried apricots, red walnuts.
