Fat: 61.91g | Prot: 87.22g | Carb: 172.19g.   Breakfast:  coffee, spinach, lemon olive oil, mushrooms, Egg whites, Trader Joes Protein bread, butter, Green tea, 2% cottage cheese, feta cheese. Lunch:  shrimp, crab meat, sugar free ketchup, horseradish, pasta with vodka sauce, fusilli pasta. Dinner:  1/2 tuna salad sandwich, tomato basil soup, mixed greens, chunky blue cheese dressing, chardonnay. Snacks/Other:  organic natural dried apricots, red walnuts, banana, godiva chocolate.
