Fat: 70.50g | Prot: 104.08g | Carb: 126.46g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg beaters, feta cheese, butter, spinach, Green tea, Egg whites, ezekiel. Lunch:  seared ahi, sticky rice, bok choy, sauteed mushrooms. Dinner:  filet mignon, squash, bernaise sauce, mixed greens, vinegarette, tomato, chardonnay. Snacks/Other:  spring roll.
