Fat: 70.50g | Prot: 104.08g | Carb: 126.46g.   Breakfast:  butter, coffee, egg beaters, Egg whites, ezekiel, feta cheese, Green tea, spinach. Lunch:  bok choy, sauteed mushrooms, seared ahi, sticky rice. Dinner:  vinegarette, bernaise sauce, chardonnay, filet mignon, mixed greens, squash, tomato. Snacks/Other:  spring roll.
